The local RV Park wash guys did a good job at getting the sea salt off the coach.

We drove south of Tucson to the town of Tubac and checked out some of the art shops. Very cool town.

Outside of town is the Tumacácori National Historical Park, Cody was not allowed in so we just checked out the grounds that we could and then watched the video on the National Park Service website - https://www.nps.gov/tuma/index.htm

Another Border Security checkpoint cleared as we travel north back to Tucson. We were very close to the Mexican border.

Davidson RV needed to keep our coach over night so we found a close by Bed & Breakfast just down the street. It was the only place to stay with short notice and the family was so kind and helped us out. I just wish the houses in the South had better heating! Oh well, we were thankful we had a roof over our heads and a hot shower. In the morning, we had breakfast at the innkeeper's restaurant and the home made biscuits for the breakfast sandwich was amazing. We have been back a few times just for the breakfast sandwiches.

Monthly Battery Check

As we get ready to start a few weeks vacation in the motorhome, we took this opportunity to check the batteries.These are deep cycle flooded batteries, so we need check and top up with distilled water from time to time. There is lots of preventative maintenance tasks for weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
