Augusta - Central Maine

It's starting to feel like Halloween.

Awesome decorations.

We took a little drive to the neighbouring park that has water access.

A nice wooden boardwalk to the beach and boat launch. The leaves have started to fall and it looks so pretty.

Yellow, orange and green. As we have driven across Canada and now the USA, we have seen the different stages of Autumn and luckily we seem to be chasing the leaves as they turn. We are pretty lucky.

Lots of lovely cottages along the beaches.

- Review: $70 / night for pull through site. The entire campground on a hillside and tricky to navigate. Earlier in the year, the rain washed out the roads but the campground was quick to repair (as per the reviews). We were able to navigate the hill down to the office and then back up the hill to our site. We did not unhook the jeep to park but we did to level the motorhome. The campground is outside of town and you have to take the highway to shops. The campground staff were friendly and decorated for Halloween.
