Arizona Bound

Tomorrow we start our journey south. We were originally planning on leaving at the end of the month, but I really needed to leave early. Staying in the sport that we enjoyed all summer, has been causing too much pain. It is time to move on!, not to forget but to cope with the loss.

1618 miles / 2922 kilometres traveled. Fuel costed U$693.00 and campgrounds costed U$228.00 for a total of U$921.00

CHANGING OF THE SEASONS

We sure have enjoyed our stay here in Aldersyde, but with fall here, it's time to start planning our getaway to warmer weather. I want to first start by saying thank you to our family, friends and loved ones for making time for us and for coming to see our home on wheels. I think everyone now gets that your heart is where your home is, and that your home can be anywhere you want it. As the seasons change, our location will change, but rest assured I will keep the blog up to date with all things that we will be experiencing. If you are up for a nice visit before we go, come out for a fall oat latte or hot chocolate. Love to see you all!

Always a welcoming site as you head north from the Lethbridge. This barn lets you know home is just around the corner.

Beautiful paved lanes, clubhouse, pool, library, video library, lounge, laundry and showers. We were lucky to have found a rental spot for the season. This campground is 20-25 minutes to Mom's house or 15-20 minutes to Calgary City Limits. Being so close to Calgary and home, we are thinking that will would make a great home base as we spend the year travelling in our Motorhome. Come out for a visit, we would love to see you!

Home At Last

After travelling 9,959 miles or 16,027 kilometres, we completed a full circle across Canada and the USA, experiencing new sights and creating lasting memories. Thank you Darrel and Cody for an amazing journey. I cannot wait to see what next winter brings us.
